COVID-19 update from the Hartley's Family

As COVID 19 continues to shift, we would like to thank all of our customers for their continued business and support. Since the outbreak in Maine, we have continually evolved our way of doing business in order to meet the needs of our customers, while working to follow state guidelines to ensure our customers and employees remain safe.

In accordance with the governor's office, recent mandate customers who are unvaccinated will be required to wear masks at ALL times. Customers who are fully vaccinated do not need to wear masks.

It's important to us that we stand by the values Hartley's was founded on decades ago - we're your neighbors, and want to take care of you and your family just the same way we take care of our own. Though some of us may be masked, we are smiling and ready to help our community. We will continue to serve our customers as follows:


Vehicle Service


Our service department will remain open for all vehicle repairs.

Regardless of where you are or what your situation is, we'll make sure you get the vehicle service you need to keep living your life. This includes regular maintenance, such as oil changes, changing out winter tires, brake work, and more. Before your vehicle is returned to you, we will disinfect any touch points on the vehicle.

In order to keep community members and our staff safe, we're also offering contactless service, meaning we'll pick up your vehicle at your home, service it, and return it to you at no extra charge, and we can accept payment over the phone.

Parts Department

For your convenience, we offer an online car parts order form so you can confirm what you want from home. A member of our staff will contact you as soon as possible with the pricing and current stock of your part. If we don't have it, we can order it and have it delivered to the dealership as soon as possible!

Sales - Our Showroom is Open

The Hartley's showroom is open. Members of our sales team are available in person and by phone to answer any questions you may have about the vehicles on our lot. We're able to help provide estimates for your trade in, provide virtual tours of our vehicles, walk you through the financing process, and get you into your next vehicle. We're here for you and are happy to assist you remotely or in person in any way we can.
